40 Karat- A Semi-Dry Carrot Wine

Crafted in the styles of classic chardonnays and sauvignon blancs, this soft white wine is filled with rich butter notes, a trace of woodiness at its base, and finishes off with just a hint of vanilla. Made entirely from carrots, 40 Karat is a delicate straw color and can be served or used for any occasion where white wine is the key element. Pairs beautifully with shellfish, chicken, pork, crawfish, and dinner salads. Also makes a wonderful wine for recipes that call for white grape wines.
