King Kiwi Semi-Sweet White Wine

A Chinese fruit that has made its way into the greatest melting pot of the United States, New Orleans. Our King Kiwi has become a welcome addition to the delicious cuisine of The City That Care Forgot. Easily comparable to a rich Reisling or the more flavorful whites of Sonoma & the Napa Valley, our kiwifruit wine is a revelation paired with most fish & seafoods or in the traditional Orleanian fashion, served with a full spinach salad with red onions, feta cheese, Creole bacon, and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing (preferably made with our Eleganta Red Raspberry Wine.) This subtly fragrant white is filled with a complex assortment of semi-dry & semi-sweet notes of citrus, coriander, and melon on a base of strawberry-infused cranberry tartness.
