Blend Tinta Madera and Tinta Cao. Fortify with 80 proof Brandy. Age in oak barrels for 22 months. Bottle in 375ml black bottles. Thats how we got Mad Port. Slightly sweet at 10% residual sugar. Deep Cherry and Plum form the basis of the port, with our signature smokey background. Will continue to age well for 5-10 years.
